 Scenario: Steban wants to return a shirt he bought at a clothing store.

Steban: Hello!

Employee: Hello, how can I help you?

Steban: I bought a shirt a few days ago and I would like to return it.

Employee: Okay, can you show me the shirt?

Steban: Sure.

Employee: What’s the problem with the shirt?

Steban: It just doesn’t look good on me.

Employee: Have you tried it?

Steban: Yes, I tried it at home and it doesn’t fit me well.

Employee: Okay, I understand. Do you have the purchase receipt?

Steban: Yes, here it is.

Employee: Thank you. Do you want to exchange it for another shirt or do you want a refund?

Steban: I think I’d prefer a refund.

Employee: Okay, we’ll refund you the full amount of the shirt.

Steban: How long will it take to receive the refund?

Employee: The refund will be made to the credit card with which he paid. It will take a few days to appear in your account.
